Hello, I’m Philip Kirk, President and founder of Kirk Enterprises Inc. Since 1988, we’ve been serving the region as a trusted home improvement and general contracting firm.

For the past nine years, I’ve also worked as a Master Combination Inspector for two Northern Virginia jurisdictions. Today, we’re leveraging over 47 years of industry experience to help homeowners and contractors navigate the complexities of construction projects.
